In a year or two, Meles Zenawi's time will end. He will step down, along with his TPLF congress. This will create two scenarios. Scenario A is that a new government, much more stronger and more central will take over, consisting of Amhara and Oromo-Gaalo. They will abolish Federal States and bring back Centralized system.

Scenario B is that a National referendum will be held for all the regions in Ethiopia. Meles Zenawi's tribe will secede, creating the Republic of Tigriya. The Oromo will probably take over power along with the Amhara to stop this, since they settle from Addis Ababa to Southern/Eastern Ethiopia. Most likely the Oromo and Amhara will vote to be part of Ethiopia. They will fight to keep Ethiopia ONE, so they can rule. In the process, Somali-Sellouts will emerge and have secret agreements with the new Ethiopian regime to hold Somali Galbeed (Ogadeniya) from seceding, even though a referendum will take place.

In any case, EUROPE will NOT allow Somali Galbeed (Ogadeniya) to ever leave Ethiopia. They know a FREE Somali Galbeed, united with the rest of the Somalis will encourage NFD to seek referendum, thus resurrecting a more powerful Somali people united as ever.

The Isaaqs in the in the Ogaden region will be citizens of the new state of Ogaden republic or what ever new name they agree on, as for Somalilands they can hold Somaliland passports double citizenship they are not guests in Somaliland, the same way Ogadens from NFD are not guests in the Ogaden regions yet reer nfd.

Then why do you say "Somaliland is not a clan enclave state"? If the Isaaq in Somali Galbeed or the Isaaq in NFD/Kenya are all automatically "citizens of Somaliland" because of their tribal affiliation, then that by default is considered to make Somaliland a clan enclave entity/organization/state.

Yes. The five tribes are Isaaq, Samaroon, Daarod, Ciise and Hawiye.

Marnaba, you cannot run away from Daarod. Dhulbahante iyo Warsangeli waa Daarod. Their Daarod brothers (Absame, Sade and other Daarods) are all welcome in Dhulbahante and Warsangeli lands, the same way Isaaq from Awaare iyo Gaashaamo (Ogadeniya) are all welcome in Hergeisa or Burco.
