Canfar are Djiboutian Citizens but not all and as some have already stated they also live in Ethiopia and Eriteria even though the ones in Djibouti are the Richest and have a much better life than the other two. Where did you hear that they are increasing? Most Somali dont Speak Canafari but some of Canfar speak Somali and this are being Somalized. I predict within 5o years almost all of them are going to be absorbed into the Somali clans. As for the concept of Somaliweyn, Djibouti is out of the Question, best case would be some of form of a European union between us. The Constitution would have to be amended to get rid of our President and most people would vote against that.
