Research for a new book about Somali teens

Postby ummnunu » Sun Jun 24, 2007 7:53 pm

Asalaamu alaikum,

Hope you are all ok! I am currently doing research for a novel for young adults about a 14 year old Somali girl living in East London.
I am not Somali but am a revert Muslim sister and am familiar with many aspects of Somali culture - but I need more info! Please contact me if you are willing to take part in a small e-interview/ survey about being Somali, living in the UK, being a teenager (whenever that was!), relationships with parents, boys, etc.
My email address is info@nbrobert.com
Please contact me asap if you would like to help. I really appreciate it.
JazakAllahu khair
Wasalaam
