You know my wife's aunt is a Salafi she tried to tell us about the whole thing and how we were standing in the wrong path etc. At first I didnt know what Salafi's were it wasn't until I asked my adeer who's really religious what that lady's been saying that he told me to avoid her and to ban my wife from talking to her which was easy to do because she hates her.

As for the Somali sisters I do feel bad for them I really do but I honestly don't think its my problem I mean sure we are all Somali etc but ill quote cisse when I say if shes not part of my family then she's not my problem. I hope that child molesting bidda gets caught walahi as for the madoow who beat his wife in public I could never understand how you could do that beat the mother of your kid's in the street?

Subahnallah, this is the first time I've seen this topic.

There is a Salafi masjid I know of (Brixton) and yeah they like Somali Gabdha (3 nin jamaican baa ka aroos gabdha Somali) Anywho, for the longest time I was thinking to go there, since they do Arabic and etc, and I just wanted to increase my knowledge in Islam. Hada definitely I'm gonna opt for Fulham Masjid, full of Arabs and Somalis mostly - and Somali ladies mostly.

But anywho, I'm not easily swayed, and I hate Muslims that are quick to judge others as non-muslims and I see this quite a lot these days.

You are correct sis.

What I mean is that some masjids cater more to a specific group, cause they come there mostly, i.e. Brixton Masjid does this, there are a lot 'in Somali' classes and etc, to cater for those that don't speak Somali. I prefer the English personally, cause I understand it better, but I wouldn't mind Kutubs and talks in Somali, so I can learn it better insha-allah. I've heard of Somalis that opened masjids in North london, to cater for the Somali community that live there, I was thinking it was good, cause it can benefit them insha-allah, make them closer to Allah and unite them better, lol.
