Rubbish poll!!!! How can you judge a national anthem without any of the words?

The Kenyan one is awesome. I can't even pick one line to highlight, they're all so meaningful.

I'm not saying he didn't compose it, What i'm saying is,There are strong sources that Yusuf Haji Adan Composed it too.
"The man, whose devotion to his inclinations and responsibilities knew no bounds, was born in 1914 in the Hargeisa neighbourhood of Jamo-weyn. Hargeisa was known then as Herer from which he drew his alias “Yusuf-Herer.” By age 10, he completed his Quranic studies in 1924. Subsequently, he proceeded to the countryside in a bid to be steeped in nomadic culture and get good command of both the Somali language and literature – a fact that gave him the tools for turning out an accomplished poet.

"Apart from being a great teacher, Mr. Yusuf Haji Aden was a great poet. One of the best that we have ever produced. He wrote the famous Somali song of "....Soomaaliyey Toosoo, Toosoo Isku Tiirsada....", which later became the National Anthem of Greater Somalia in 1940s. "

Not only was Mr. Yusuf Haji Aden a teacher and a poet, he was also a great diplomat, who as diplomatic counselor in various Arabian countries in 1960s, particularly in Egypt and Sudan, has done a great job. If you want to understand why Egypt and Sudan used to send large numbers of teachers, doctors and legal personalities to the country, during the days of the Somali Republic, all the way from early sixties(1960s), do not look further than Mr. Yusuf Haji Aden and his diplomatic work in this field of cementing a strong bilateral educational relationship between the then Somali Republic and these Arabian countries.

Back to the topic, we don't have any history on this Ali mire, however i have a full bio of The Father of Somali Education from his birth in 1914 to his death in 2005
Also some poetry he wrote in english while he was in english universities.
