Re: I started a blog about Somali history
U take dignity and pride by linking yourself to Harerge!
U boost your self esteem by claiming descending from Hararge sheekhs; and u throw Niko party to tell people your ancestors has probably seen Hararge!
Hararge, is the MaKKaa of Bantus; every Bantu with imaginary link with Hararge feel special!
It is not easy to become hararge ...no matter how much u consult Imam Google, and Mufti Wikipedia!
Anyhow Thank u for your application little Bantu, we will consider it when we have time!
Until then please tell your womanfolk to do not dance Niko when they r on ....it smells .... jzk
B.
PS who cares where exactly the Bantu lives in the desert....the guy takes pride for leaving one desert for another!

Re: I started a blog about Somali history
I was thinking about doing this for myself, but at the end of the day I don't see the point. Generally people share more dna based on their proximity rather than ethnicity. For example in harargee when you leave the cities people are very localized. So you'll see from the districts of haromaya, Awwaday, Khombolcha down to adaree people generally look the same. That extends all the way to Carcar aswell. It has more to do with proximity than ethnicity. Many ppl look at me and think I'm adaree. But it's a common look for many Oromos of that region.St8OuttaDirree wrote:I'm sorry I just don't buy crap coming from Oromos. Look at the countless Argobbas, Somalis and who ever the hell else we have amongst us claiming noole, jarso etc....bareento wrote:Str8, U dont know?![]()

I see jarso entirely as sucked up Somalis.
Let's do this let the 3 of us Aq take that test some people did on here a while ago and see if we have common ancestors.

Bareento Injirlow-
Have you ever inquired as to whether you might come from some of our freed Oromo concubines?
Have you ever inquired as to whether you might come from some of our freed Oromo concubines?
--A slave marries a slave girl. If she is a concubine of the owner,
the slave cannot marry her. [See note 6]-
[Note 6] Because the Marrehan, like other populations of southern
Somalia, sometimes had Galla slaves as concubines (suryad). For the
Migiurtini Somalis, on the other hand, it would be a dishonor to have
relations with a female slave notoriously. I think that must be attributed
to the origin of the slaves of the Migiurtini (Sawahili, thus people
inferior to the Somalis, besides a not very handsome appearance. The
Migiurtini consider it a dishonor to have a large and flat nose, which
may be a sign of kinship with slaves) in comparison with the origin
of the Marrehan slaves (Galla, and thus equal to the Somalis in degree
of civilization and in physical characteristics.

Calm down buddy. You're not that important. It is beneath my dignity as a Somali and particularly as a Sade Marehan of the Darod Jaberti to respond to a representative of one of the single most worthless ethnic groups in the world but rest assured this is more for putting in the record then responding to you, as Oromo.

Re: I started a blog about Somali history
The audacity of telling me I am getting dignity by linking myself to Harar? Am I the one "linking" myself to it or you? Oromo are like the cops who come too late in the movies and try to claim the deeds of the save simply because of authority of being cop, in your case simply because of being the peasants around Harar today.
You have nothing to do with Imam Ahmed Gurey. You have nothing to do with those campaigns and if you had nothing to do with Harar and its history during Imam Ahmed, you had nothing to do with it before that or the Sheikh Abadir Muuse Warwaajecle who came way before Imam Ahmed.
The man who avenged Imam Ahmed's death, married his widow, killed the Abbysinian leader, built the walls around Harar, and fought to keep Oromo peasants from coming in is a Marehan Emir who was the nephew of Imam Ahmed Gurey

Who is he?

Re: I started a blog about Somali history
The Afran Qallo-Hararge council of the Snet, has agreed, on humanitarian consideration and due to the intercession of respectable noble somali clans, to give the dagoo who claim us so passionately, the status of second class Hararge man!
Let it be known that this status is valid for 6 month.
fassax for the niko players...the spectacle was enjoyable
and u put in it oll your knowledge, and ass.
I stop here!

Re: I started a blog about Somali history
Somalis say Falaar gilgilasho kama harto...an arrow doesn't lose sight of you through evasion. I am glad you know understand your peasants may surround Harrar today but so too do slums and other undesirables surround many a famed parts of the world. You got used to the sadaqa that used to be thrown out to you from the gates of the town. You are not mentioned anywhere in the Futah, not mentioned in any historical artifacts or writings about the town and its most glorious era which gives it its importance and as such you should be wise never to confuse again modern peasants surrounding it today and the Elite who once sat and led from its halls in the time that gives it its importance even today.
Re: I started a blog about Somali history
Voltage calm down bro there's no need for insults. Didn't you just a couple of minutes ago say that you think Oromo is just a confederation and now you are saying that they had nothing to do with Adal and Ahmad ibn Ibrihim al-Ghazi? If Eastern hararghe oromos are nothing more than the original natives of hararghe who now speak Oromo instead Harla or whatever then they obviously do have something do with it. Anyway Bareento is just a troll, you shouldn't listen to him.

I am Harar, I am in Harar! Harar is in me!!!

Booraankaan maxuu yiri? There are people who think I have gone too far on you Injirlow so I think i will leave with that to signify my response to the non-existent nobility and stature you sought in the face of a Somali by mentioning such an unmentionable name. Just remember though; peasants today surrounding the town = / = Elite who used to rule from it's halls during the period that gives it the importance it has even today.

Re: I started a blog about Somali history
Yes, but even then that would make "Oromo" a non-factor still as an ethnic identity which is the position the slum-hag of Harrar of Town is trying to position himself from. I watched from a position how this guy always antoganizes Somalis and tries to sneak in backdoor with his defamation of Somalis in a Somali forum well I daresay he now realizes he picked a wrong target. He pick a descendent of the men who built the walls of Harar to keep his peasantry out. Our shaabug is always chained to our hip and ready to strike.Chinaman wrote:Voltage calm down bro there's no need for insults.
