I was trying to find an address yesterday,and a black young man went out of his way to be helpful to me.
He used his iphone to locate the street,then said,'I have pen and paper' and drew out a map.
He was running late for an interview.He was kind and very helpful.On the bus I also saw a black lady who bumped her baby pram into a white passenger,then said 'sorry',and as she was walking away,said loud enough for everyone to hear,'watchu standing there for anyways'.Bottom line is we have good people and not so good people.
I was also helped by a priest.I'll save the anecdote for another thread.
