The Ethiopian other two main ports Berbera and Boosaaso are not as safe for them as Jabuuti. The ONLF fighters harass thier shipments from Berbera and Boosaaso; the two other Ethiopian ports. The shipments from Jabuuti to Ethiopia is far from the ONLF freedom fighters.....

Sacad & Ogaden have had long historical ties. Our livestock during droughts go into Wardheer and pasture on Ogaden land. My awowe lived in Wardheer and was once tried to get deported from the area by these Bicidiyahan who filed a complaint against him with the British colonial officer and it was the Ogaden who defended him and said he was a native of the land. Again, I am weighing the defense of Djibouti with the actions of their government. I don't see a reason to rally around or express support for Djibout knowing that Djibouti contributes to the hostilities facing Somalia.
