UN supports IGAD and the government to join them

Somalia has still no power even being a post- transitional government. The IGAD your hearing all the time is just kenya and ethiopia not the whole members of IGAD. Only these two somali neighbours kenya and ethiopia are meant to make maamul for southren somalia regions.
What is new now is the two countries agreeing somalia to join them and that will make IGAD three countries. This little IGAD was meeting yesterday in addis ababa with the presence of mr mahiga who supported their efforts of making maamul for some somali regions. IGAD has said there will be a mixed group of delegates that 4 of them will be representing the same deegaans but are from the part of somalia.
To this time the somali government has not confirmed yet these news.
