Xaabo, Located east of Alula in the Bari province of Puntland, in the area known by the Romans as the Cape of Spices, Habo was an important place for the ancient cinnamon and Indian spice trade route. Currently, it's home to the Xaabo tuna factory.
Xaabo tuna factory also is one of the largest employers in Somalia. Xaabo's location also houses about 10% of Somalia's fishery stock. Remarkable for a small town.
Is there coral reef around the northern shoreline? I've seen pictures of reef off Berbera and it was spectacular masha'allah. Since it's near that area, I was wondering.
