Madam Harry Porter ! All are Scotts!
Jk Rowling is English, she only lives in Scotland.
She donated a couple of millions to the NO campaign and got backlash for it!

The UK is a democracy and every group should be given a choice on how they want to be governed even the tiny Cornish!

Listen. ONLY "I" know is--- I would rather live in a land where there is plenty and than a land where there is nothing. :D When you are in the UK, you go to the local shop to buy more time for your electricity. Gas? Heater? Seriously??? In 2014????? Even In Kenya people live better. :dj:

Never ever done that in my life nor do I know anyone who has done that and I've lived here all my life.

I pay my bills through direct debt every month to every three months.

^^ many older council flats got meters, you can get it replaced for free by your electricity provider but some people enjoy not exceeding their budget

the council prefers the meters as families move in and out alot in temporary accomodation
