Even in Hiiraan where we have one of our the smallest deegans, we have managed to more than hold our own against Xawadle in their back yard. Long term, what we need to do is to concentrate ourselves in one of the several riverine regions we inhabit in the deep south as the wars we engage in often pit a Surre subclan against clans who are concentrated in one place.

If truth to be told, we have a sizable populous in Hiiraan if that wasn't the case than kindly explain to me why are we constantly fighting over Buloburti amongst one another ?

Teeda Kale, The real Shabab clans in Hiiraan joined forces against Hawiye, with only one objective which is to cripple Hawiye leading clan in Hiiraan. What does Hawiye do? change its course to go full force after Beesha Surre that has nothing to do with Shabaab and label them as such while blindly ignoring the real Shabaab clans and their degmos. Needless to say, we are more of a threat than Shabab will ever be in Hiiraan. Not to mention, hawiye have limited time and resources (Djbouti) that are scheduled to departure in 2016.

Hiiraan was a peaceful region once, However, it's notable that the only clan that fought against the full force of Laqanyo and later continued by Abdifatah, and their security forces who were trained and provided heavy artillery in Hiiraan and lived to tell about it, is Beesha Barakeysan.
