Somalia Partnership Forum with or without Madobe

Post by sahal80 »

all regions will attend but the Somali Govt is rejecting ahmed madobe partaking it in Mogadishu.
beesha caalamka met kheyre in baidoa and talked about the case of madobe.

"They called for ongoing reconciliation and electoral processes in the Federal Member States to be concluded without violence, and in the spirit of dialogue and respect for human rights to ensure all can work together to advance national priorities."

Beesha Caalamka has learned xishood recently. Do you see anyone who congratulated Ahmed Madoobe election?

Did you see a peep from UN? EU? Partner countries? Yesterday they put out a statement about the government-organized Galmudug conference but Madoobe has been ignored because the Govt has not recognized him.

Wallahi in the future we will recognize how much of a watershed moment for getting back our madax banaani it was to expel Nicholas Haysam within a half day when he spoke like a Colonial Governor.

i don't know how the legitimacy issue will resolve it self for madoobe since Jubbaland cannot be absent for long, but whatever decision is reached I know "beesha caalamka" will not be dictating anything to the Farmaajo that showed that courage in the Haysom case even with the Secretary-General personally speaking with him twice to ask him to reconsider!

Without Blackie. Our Cayr wasiir will take his place. The Dhabacyos will try to rebel and not come. Our Ethiopian friend, Dr Abiy's govt gave Gov. Deni a political correction and told him of the new Cushitic axis. As did our brother IOG in Djibouti told to Ina Bixi.

I think he means the Federal Interior Minister who is Cayr and would be the person in the Xukuumad handling issues like this as Interior Minister

JL case waa diplomatic issue between Kenya and somi
ali govt it will be different than baydhabo it needs kala furfurid iyo IC backing not to be used for amisom forcibly as the baydhabo statement was emplying laakin dawlada Somalia waxey isku dayee ineey xirxirto xag dhaqaale, xag cirka ooy ka dhigto maamul fadhiid ah inta kenya iyo Somalia kals baxaayaan laakiin hadii waqtiga sii dheeraad ahmed madoobee rajo siinee waayo 2020 ayaa soo dhaw. hada hadii cid matali wayso JL shirkaan waa talaabadii koowaado oo looga adkaado laakin imisa ayay maqnaanee JL thats the question.

I think somehow Madoobe never had any intention of coming to Xamar.......so the govt trying to ban him is a weak cosmetic move.

The main consideration at this point in the game....is that Madoobe is very much in control of Kismayo and that the holy city is calm and peaceful. :)

Sahal,

That's is what I think too. Definitely Jubbaland has taken on a totally different dimension with Kenya's naked aggression. To be honest our relevant partners are also quite aware of it. Recall how strongly the American UN Rep to Somalia criticized the legitimacy of the Kismaayo elections before it even happened. They know why the Fed gov refused to recognize the fake process.

You are also right, Jubbalans lagama maarmo. It cannot be sanctioned for long because of one shaqsi. That's idea is the biggest thing Madoobe has going for him unfortunately

The government and their new best friends, the Ethiopians, should focus their resources on combating AS in northern JL.
