Django is someone I was going back and forth with for years but we debate in a civilized manner. At the end of the day our goal is the same a prosperous Jubbaland. I don’t agree with Saddam, Returnofmarixmaan on the thread but how many threads does TheYuusuf, Xidiid etc make I don’t agree with? With Somaliland and marehan to be precise we have history that goes way back to siyaadka days and maybe ppl like Theyusuf ia holding grudge but majority of Somalilanders have no issue with Marehan.


We have liberated our land and governing according to our constitutional law.


Most Somalilanders couldnt even point gedo on a map or kismaayo, you have the few qurbo joog who do fadhi ku dirir to past time.

But all in all no animosity between the two regions.

Its funny that is something khalid ali, myself, etc noticed. Marexaan/Isaaq in real life never have any issues as there is nothing to argue about. One of my 2 closest friends Aaden is a die hard slander (Habar Awal) actually and I’ve always been welcome in their house. My Dad gets invited to Burco all the time. I rarely get involved in the MR tit for tats with Isaaq here as I realized it is a virtual beef between online characters.


Marexaan tribal rivalries are with Hawiye, Darood subclans and D&M.

Marehan , when you get to know them are very humble and kind people they remind me of arab and dhulos who would ride with you.


One of my our neighbours in erigabo was a marehan who built a big house not long ago.
