Sheikh Ibrahim Abdalla the founding father of the Ogaden liberation front (ONLF) was born in Kelafo. It is an historical city for Ogadenia.

The project will also help the security team & Liyuu Boolis Mujahideens in protecting the region effectively.
Liyuu Boolis Mujahideens defeated the Al Qushaash terrorist group that tried to attack Laas Qurun village in Feerfeer district.
Such projects help emergency support to be sent out to nearby villages affected by droughts,disasters or even security issues such as terrorist attacks or clan fighting.

The road projects will pass through Cawlyahan,Tolomoge & Bahgari lands in Afdheer & Shabelle regions. The project was delayed in the past due to the military operations carried out in the region by the ONLF forces specifically in areas of Kelafo district

Godey was historically the most hated town by Somali Region liberation forces, because the place was by far the most prominent target for "Neftenya"-zation or Abyssinian civilian-military security apparatus in Somali region of Ethiopia.

This is why Godey was the political capital of Somali Region before the change to Jigjiga and Godey today is still home to one of the largest armed forces bases in Africa, being the largest ENDF army base in Somali region as well as the only Ethiopian air force base in the region, one of the biggest nationally.

So Godey has a massive built system relative to the rest of Somali Region because of this security-armed forces historical focus.

Also, Godey was ground zero of the response to the Ethiopian famines in the 80's. Spend your energy in building your own city rather than claiming others. I’ve noticed Marehans are allergic to building their own cities and villages like Cabudwaaq. Come on it’s not hard to do that if you have the population for it. Godey is diverse? Yeah right kkk the land can be judged on the political representation and so far it’s 100% Ogaden representatives for the district. Godey existed before the UN so cut it out with your bull crap.

There’s a reason why Godey was the first capital of DDS and headquarters of ONLF, it is one of the most purest Ogaden cities

I bet you wouldn’t even bat an eye if godey was still a tuulo today. You are known for being Jealous of Ogaden’s success and our natural ability of urbanizing. Even Jigjiga today is 80% Ogaden due to our gradual takeover the past 30 years.

The highway that will pass through Cadaadle in Afdheer region settled by Cawlyahan to Godey settled by tolomoge to Qalaafe settled by Bahgari will be a major deal breaker for Beesha.

No let’s keep the capital in Jigjiga still it gives Ogadens the leg space to expand our settlements in fafaan alongside our Absame brothers, plus I think it’s time to build a defense wall near the Oromia using Absame borders. The weak Dirs & other border tribe Zoo minorities have been absorbed by the Qotis in their confederation. Absame clans living near the borders of oromia need to be strengthened.

Why are you guys so obsessed with trying to erase and deny other ethnic Somali people from the heritage and history of Somali Region of Ethiopia?

And 95% of the time, if you see an Ogaden trying to erase another Somali group from the equity to which they are entitled in Somali Region---that frowning xenophobe will happen to be disproportionately Ogaden/Mohamed Zuber/Rer Abdulle.

Reer Abdulle are the only tribe in the history of modern Somali Region to take the title of vanquished tribe where through state of warfare, actual tribal land was seized from and held and legitimized even by you.
