Xassan Sh got completely played by Kenya. Doqonka He bent over for them day 1 with the qaad, when he had the most leverage to negotiate. What did Kenya do in return?

-Kept status quo with Kenyan passports
-Voted against Somalia at the arms embargo
-Hosted Somali Governmental meetings that are supposed to happen in Xamar, in Nairobi.
