Don’t think so. Parliament meant something under Farmaajo, because he was actually trying to build a Government. Under HSM they are absolutely worthless. They are but hurt because the measly 3k a month they make will now go to secure hotels, private security. To compound things they are now being messed with at the Mahad Salaad checkpoints and crying about it.

With all their xaraan 3k used in secure hotel/private security they don’t even have the customary bone to throw to the odayaal dhaqameed for the qabils they hail from which will piss em off for next election. But heck Culusow will probably pay them off next election. Somalis don’t think beyond their next meal so that’s totally plausible.
