Welcome back Ben Dover - Good analysis

Postby abdikarim86 » Sat Feb 04, 2023 1:33 pm

Forgive me Ben Dover I’ve copied and pasted your analysis onto this sub-forum.

Fantastic analysis

Friends, its been a while :)

Lets quickly take stock of how the past few months have been amazing for Isaaq, the most winning Somali clan there is, and how 2023 is probably going to be our best year yet:

- Diplomacy

Somaliland continues to raise its international profile at an unprecedented pace. Changes are happening so fast its hard to keep up, or believe how far we’ve come. This is what I said in May 2021:

- So much international attention on Somaliland and its undeniable track record of peace and progress. From former US diplomats championing the cause, to some of the most well-respected publications (e.g. The Economist, Guardian..etc) outright campaigning for de jure independence, the Somaliland cause has been picking so much momentum recently. This is undeniable.

We’ve upgraded since. The most recent inclusion of the blessed Republic of Somaliland in the United States National Defence Authorisation Act is something no one saw coming. The fact that Somaliland is now named in US legislation as potential regional partner of the United States is a monumental coup for our diplomacy, one can only imagine the opportunities this will bring us.

- Isaaq might goes global

Justified Accord 2023. Need I say more? :)

This is what a closer partnership between Somaliland and the United States leads to. For the first time ever, Somaliland is a participant in a US-led military exercise, and will be hosting 20 nations at Berbera to conduct the training. Another incredible feat for Duriyada. At this stage if you have an ounce of raganimo, irrespective of how you feel about it, you should be on your feet, clapping and reciting duca for Sheikh Isaxaaq. No other Somali is able to pull off what we are pulling off on the global stage -- and with no de jure recognition yet. This is literally step 1 in the Somaliland US partnership. If the murmurs I hear actually happen, Somaliland’s global standing will make a HUGE leap in the next 2-3 years.

- The richest Somali clan, gets considerably richer in 2023

Oil. Ignore everything above. Duriyada Sheekh Isaxaaq is going to be the first Somali clan to actually drill for oil and start exporting it commercially. I am following the progress closely since the wells will be drilled in my home district of Caynaba. The resources evidenced in the data collected is very much real, and $60M is allocated for drilling which should start in the next few months. Let me just say, Doofaar ismaacil will be way more bitter about losing Caynaba going forward. If you were men enough and could hold onto your ancestral land you would be celebrating today, but better men will be reaping the spoils of their forebears, inshallah.

- Birth of regional logistics juggernaut

Berbera. This is what I said in 2021:
- Berbera port development going completely parabolic. No one expected this level of progress against a backdrop of a global pandemic, but we are all seeing it. As phase 1 nears completion, work beyond its requirements is already underway. What is happening is a complete reshaping of the logistics landscape in the region with Berbera emerging as the future industrial and logistical hub.
We’ve come so far even within the last year. In addition to ongoing work expanding the port, the free zone has been completed, and the cargo handling facilities at the Berbera airport are ready to go, this is the trifecta of logistical solutions the region desperately needed. And with the Berbera corridor all but completed we will see a massive acceleration of economic growth in Berbera and the wider region. You cant beat Berbera's geography, it will be the Jebel Ali of the horn, inshallah.

When I say Isaaq is the most winning Somali clan, I don’t do so lightly, think of what our SNM mujahids overcame fighting an overwhelming foe, trusting in their Tawxiid flag and pushing on. Now look at what this small nation they created, with its human and physical capital completely destroyed by faqash, has been able to achieve with the grace of Allah.

But Allah gifts don’t stop there. Our enemies are literally going through the darkest, most bleak, nightmarish scenario imaginable:

- Qurjiile slaves

Our qurjiile subjects, braying like donkeys, begging for “walaalaha Soomaliyeed” to come save them is easily as true in 2023 as it was in the 1950s when Isaaq made their men wear women garments and recite "Gun baan ahay"

There is something very important to note here, read the qurjiile messaging carefully; they are no longer talking about freeing their land from Isaaq by force. They’ve given up on fighting. This is a huge change of rhetoric from what their elders used to say just a couple of years ago. All the boolaxoofteyn is gone, and reality is setting in. Whats happening atm is a PR exercise, and Somaliland is more than able to manage and contain thier calaacal. Just yesterday Maxamed Kaahin and Siciid Sulub were celebrating the 29th anniversary of the Somaliland Armed Forces, in laascanood :).

The qurjiile whose shir was planned to last 3 days are completely stuck, 7 days on and they still don’t have a way out. They can’t declare war on us since their men don’t want to fight, and their pride won’t allow them to openly capitulate. Tough position. They tried to lean in on the tired Somalinimo card and its backfiring so spectacularly that most non-Darods, some of whom empathised with the qurjiile plight at the start, view them now as qabiil fanatics. You can see this happen in real-time on social media. Somaliland is happy to sit where it is just outside Laascanood for however long it needs. The choice in the end will be theirs, if they want, they can end this little show, the idoor master will show kindness and life will return to Laascanood, otherwise, they can continue to play hard to get, dumb recalcitrance by way of destroying their own town, cry on social media etc, and eventually they will run out of money, fuel, bullets and come back to their senses. This cycle happens every few years with the qurjiile, if any of you remember the Kalshaale incident was way more intense than whats happening at the moment.

In the end, no one is going to risk antagonising Somaliland for a small unproductive landlocked clan with nothing to offer in exchange, this is the harsh cold reality that most qurjiile know. I mean, even their Harti dhabayaco brothers are refusing to lend them a hand.

- Ilhan Omar, the little doofaar ismaacil stooge, was voted off the House Foreign Affairs Committee just yesterday.

- Boon Farmajo completely out the picture, his boni clansmen enduring worse humiliation even than the qurjiile of Somaliland (at least in the qurjiile case, their masters are benevolent Isaaq, whereas the boon marehan have the drooling cagdheer as well as KDF to serve, tough times).

- Lastly, the picture above. Stability restored in the Horn with the owners of Somaliland, owners of Djibouti, and owners of Somalia plotting the next move.

What an incredible time be Isaaq :)

Ben has illustrated why the conspiracy to agitate the Dhulbahante happened.

Inch by inch year by year we make progress.
When our Daarood/Somalia enemies sensed this they financed the rioting by the Dhulbahante.

Status quo must be maintained sxbyaal.
We must not give Somaliland internal and external enemies the oxygen they desire.

Waan ku salaamay abdikarim. Spot on!

We are making gigantic leaps month on month, year on year. While our enemy is stuck with no manoeuvres or ability to affect change on the ground. If you remember the Kalshaale incident, it was 10x as intense as whats taking place in laascaanood these days, 10 years later, Somaliland is 100x as strong, and still just a few kilometers outside Buuhoodle, while the qurjiile inside Buuhoodle lead an existence of utter destitution in their village.

There is no reason why that game plan can not be replicated in laascaanood :)

I remember it well - Hundreds of their men ended dying for no gain at all.

In all that time we were always on the defensive.

God bless Somaliland!!

Wow the bruising The Dhullo Darawiish put on Idoor was so bad, 2 Snetters who haven’t posted here had to come back. Remember though words on the keyboard won’t help the cause go to the frontlines and help your battered Idoor militia.

In other bad news I don’t think UK will help you guys with ariel bombardment so don’t count on that

The only thing Somaliland has to do is just besiege Lascanod from all side, no-one leaves and no-one enters, and thats it ''an economical embargo'' and within an month you will see the landlocked dhullos capitulate easily without firing an single bullet which they can't afford to anyhow.

In summary, SL can afford to wait-out this futile shenanigans being played out in lascanod, but can dhullos afford to stay in this deferred Limbo?

Siege?
Nobody entering?

What do you take us for?

We are Reer Sheekh Isaxaaq bound by muslim custom.
We have the tawxiid on our flags.

We will not do what the Somalia did and make martyrs of them. Ignoring and maintaining the status quo is enough.
