South Africa: UN boss plans to name SA judge for top UN job Fri. July 25, 2008 02:16 am.- By Bonny Apunyu. - (SomaliNet) The United Nations (UN) Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has formally informed the General Assembly that he plans to name South African judge Navanethem Pillay to succeed Louise Arbour as high commissioner for human rights, his spokesperson said on Thursday.
