(SomaliNet) In what his aides say is due to a scheduling conflict and has nothing to do with the unrest in Tibet, United Nations chief Ban Ki-Moon will not attend the opening ceremony of the Olympic games in Beijing this August.
Meanwhile, the Olympic torch has now arrived in the Argentinean capital, Buenos Aires, under tight security for the next leg of its global relay.
