India: Bus accident claims 23 lives Tue. October 14, 2008 04:08 am.- By Bonny Apunyu. - (SomaliNet) At least 23 people were killed when a bus collided head-on with a truck in north-east India's Assam state on Tuesday, police said. Another 40 people were injured in the crash. The incident took place in Assam's Dhubri district, about 300 km west of the state capital Dispur.
