From the diaspora and have seen a lot of things in regards to somali marriages and such.
Being somali it's clear something are present in our culture like run away, multi-spousing husbands and yell all day woman.
Anyone here still believe somalis still have what it take to have a happy marriage?
I don't want to be stuck with a nagging woman and don't want my sisters to be with abusive men. Is this really our culture or a failed system that became it?
What should a diaspora youth like me know about somali love and what the average marriage is like? What are the roles and why did you accept them? Any wedded person can answer.
