Come in Scholers!

Postby BigBreak » Thu Jun 27, 2013 11:17 am

I have a few questions regarding society:

1. Is it compulsory to have Sharia as the law of a state; is it OK for Sharia to be only part of the legal system or is it a must that it becomes the ONLY source of law?

2. How can it be possible to force people to adopt Islam if its not even compulsory to convert others (Ayat 6, Surah 109). Surely compulsion is not permissible?

If it's a Muslim majority country yes to sharia. If it's a non Muslim country you must respect their law.

In a muslim country it becomes compulsory to judge by what Allah swt has revealed.
And those who do not judge by Allah's law are indeed disbelievers.
However the scholars made two kind of groups:
One group of muslims are occupied by gaalo so they cannot rule by the law or they risk sanctions/punishment from th gaalo.
The other group believes that the law is not needed, they prefer their manmade laws.
Most of scholars are of the opinion that the latter group have left the religion.
For it is like someone says prayer and ramadan is not needed.
The first group is doing some form of taqiyyah.

So my question for you superlander is:
Does your maamul fall under group A or Group B?

i want to know.......is it compulsory for a muslim soicety to even set up a state? i was wondering whether the ideology of anarchism is against islam because without having a state apparatus, it simply means that sharia or any other law would be hard to enforce as the absence of the coercive nature of the state will be noticed
