No takers? Ok I will take them.
1. The only sahabi who was mentioned in the quran by name was Zayd Ibn Haareth. He was from iraq and he was captured as a slave at young age in a war that happened between his tribe and some tribe in mekkah. He was given to khadija whom at the time was not married to the prophet pbuh. Soon after she married the prophet she gave him Zayd ibn hareth as a gift and the prophet eventually freed him.
2. The only wife of the prophet whose nikkah was done by Allah was Zaynab bint jahsh. She was briefly married to zaybn ibn harethah but it didnt work out and allah told the prophet that their marriage would come to an end and that he, the prophet pbuh, was to marry her when zayd and zaynab parted ways.
3. The jew muslim who died in the battle of uhud was named Mukhayriq and he was from the bani thacla tribe.
4. The prophets father Abdullah ibn abdul mutalib was almost beheaded by his father abdul mutalib because abdul mutabilib asked god to give him 10 sons and he would sacrifice one of them as a way to show gratitude. Abdul mutalib ended up having 10 sons and tried to sacrifice one of his sons by random selection. The boys' names were written on little sticks and each time it was drawn Abdullah, the father of the prophet came out as the one to be slaughtered. He was saved by an old magician who told to draw the sticks again but this time between only Abdullah and 10 camels. If abdullah came up, those 10 camels would be slaughtered and 10 more camels would replace them and this would go on until Abdullahs name would not come up. His name did come up more than 5 consecutive times(I am not sure how many times), and a lot of camels were sacrificed in his place until eventually the odds turned in his favor.
