Do we need Hadith to explain the Quran?

Surah 2 verses 159-160
Those who conceal the clear (verses) We have sent down, and the Guidance, after We have made it clear for the people in the Book, on them shall be Allah’s curse, and the curse of those entitled to curse,
Except those who repent and make amends and openly declare (the Truth): To them I turn; for I am Oft-returning, Most Merciful
Surah 6 verses 36-39
Those who listen (in truth) will surely accept: as to the dead, Allah will raise them up; then will they be turned unto Him.
They say: "Why is not a sign sent down to him from his Lord?" Say: "(Allah) has certainly power to send down a sign: but most of them understand not.
There is not an animal (that lives) on the earth, nor a being that flies on its wings, but (forms part of) communities like you. Nothing have we omitted from the Book, and they (all) shall be gathered to their Lord in the end.
Those who reject our signs are deaf and dumb, in the midst of darkness profound: whom Allah wills, He leaves to wander: whom He wills, He places on the way that is straight.
Surah 6 verses 113-116 to such (deceit) let the hearts of those incline, who have no faith in the hereafter: let them delight in it, and let them earn from it what they may.
Say: "Shall I seek for judge other than Allah. When He it is Who has sent to you the Book, explained in detail." They know full well, to whom We have given the Book, that it has been sent down from your Lord in truth. Never be then of those who doubt. The word of your Lord does find its fulfilment in truth and in justice: None can change His words: for He is the one who hears and knows all. Were you to follow the common run of those on earth, they will lead you away from the way of Allah. They follow nothing but conjecture: they do nothing but lie.Your Lord knows best who strays from His way: He knows best who they are that receives His guidance.
Surah 10 verses 35-37
Say: "Of your 'partners' is there any that can give any guidance towards truth?" Say: "It is Allah Who gives guidance towards truth, is then He who gives guidance to truth more worthy to be followed, or he who finds not guidance (himself) unless he is guided? What then is the matter with you? How judge you?"
But most of them follow nothing but fancy: truly fancy can be of no avail against truth. Verily Allah is well aware of all that they do.
This Quran is not such as can be produced by other than Allah. On the contrary it is a confirmation of (revelations) that went before it, and a fuller explanation of the Book - wherein there is no doubt - from the Lord of the worlds.
Surah 11 verses 12-14
Perchance you may (feel the inclination) to give up a part of what is revealed to you, and your heart feels straitened lest they say, "Why is not a treasure sent down to him, or why does not an angel come down with him?" But you are there only to warn! It is Allah that arranges all affairs!
Or they may say, "He forged it," Say, "Bring you then ten surahs forged, like unto it, and call (to your aid) whomsoever you can, other than Allah, if ye speak the truth!
"If then they (your false gods) answer not your (call), know you that this revelation is sent down (replete) with the knowledge of Allah, and that there is no god but He! Will you even then submit (to Islam)?"
Surah 12 verses 108-111
Say you: "This is my way: I invite you to Allah, on evidence clear as the seeing with one's eyes, I and whoever follows me. Glory be to Allah and never will I join gods with Allah."
Nor did We send before you (as apostles) any but men, whom we did inspire, (men) living in human habitations. Do they not travel through the earth, and see what was the end of those before them? But the home of the hereafter is best, for those who do right. Will you not then understand?
(Respite will be granted) until, when the apostles give up hope (of their people) and (come to) think that they were treated as liars, there reaches them Our help, and those whom We will are delivered into safety. But never will be warded off our punishment from those who are in sin.
There is, in their stories, instruction for men endued with understanding. It is not a tale invented, but a confirmation of what went before it, a detailed exposition of all things, and a guide and a mercy to any such as believe.
Surah 16 verses 84-90
One Day We shall raise from all peoples a witness: then will no excuse be accepted from unbelievers, nor will they receive any favours.
When the wrong-doers (actually) see the Penalty, then will it in no way be mitigated, nor will they then receive respite.
When those who gave partners to Allah will see their "partners", they will say: "Our Lord! these are our 'partners, those whom we used to invoke besides You." But they will throw back their word at them (and say): "Indeed you are liars!"
That Day shall they (openly) show (their) submission to Allah and all their inventions shall leave them in the lurch.
Those who reject Allah and hinder (men) from the Path of Allah - for them will We add Penalty to Penalty; for that they used to spread mischief.
One day We shall raise from all Peoples a witness against them, from amongst themselves: and We shall bring you as a witness against these (your people): and We have sent down to you the Book explaining all things, a Guide, a Mercy, and Glad Tidings to Muslims.
Allah commands justice, the doing of good, and liberality to kith and kin, and He forbids all shameful deeds, and injustice and rebellion: He instructs you, that you may receive admonition.
Surah 17 verses 88-89
Say: "If the whole of mankind and Jinns were to gather together to produce the like of this Quran, they could not produce the like thereof, even if they backed up each other with help and support.
And We have explained to man, in this Quran, every kind of similitude: yet the greater part of men refuse (to receive it) except with ingratitude!
Surah 18 verses 52-57
One Day He will say, "Call on those whom you thought to be My partners," and they will call on them, but they will not listen to them; and We shall make for them a place of common perdition.
And the sinful shall see the fire and apprehend that they have to fall therein: no means will they find to turn away from it.
We have explained in detail in this Quran, for the benefit of mankind, every kind of similitude: but man is, in most things, contentious.
And what is there to keep back men from believing, now that Guidance has come to them, nor from praying for forgiveness from their Lord, but that (they ask that) the ways of the ancients be repeated with them, or the Wrath be brought to them face to face?
We only send the apostles to give Glad Tidings and to give warnings: But the unbelievers dispute with vain argument, in order therewith to weaken the truth, and they treat My Revelations as a jest, as also the fact that they are warned!
And who does more wrong than one who is reminded of the verses of his Lord, but turns away from them, forgetting the (deeds) which his hands have sent forth? Surely We have set veils over their hearts lest they should understand this, and over their ears, deafness, if thou call them to guidance, even then will they never accept guidance.
Surah 22 verses 15-18
If any think that Allah will not help him (His Messenger in this world and the Hereafter, let him stretch out a rope to the ceiling and cut (himself) off: then let him see whether his plan will remove that which enrages (him)!
We sent down Clear Verses; and verily Allah guides whom He will!
Those who believe (in the Quran), those who follow the Jewish (scriptures), and the Sabians, Christians, Magians, and Polytheists, Allah will judge between them on the Day of Judgment: for Allah is witness of all things.
Do you not see that to Allah bow down in worship all things that are in the heavens and on earth, the sun, the moon, the stars; the hills, the trees, the animals; and a great number among mankind? But a great number are (also) are fit for Punishment: and such as Allah shall disgrace, none can raise to honour: for Allah carries out all that He wills.
Surah 25 verses 30-34
"O my Lord! Truly my people took this Quran for just foolish nonsense."
Thus have We made for every prophet an enemy among the sinners: but enough is your Lord to guide and to help.
Those who reject Faith say: "Why is not the Quran revealed to him all at once? Thus (is it revealed), that We may strengthen your heart thereby, and We have rehearsed it to you in slow, well-arranged stages, gradually.
And no question do they bring to you but We reveal to you the truth and the best explanation (thereof).
Those who will be gathered to Hell (prone) on their faces, they will be in an evil plight, and, as to the Path, most astray.
Surah 39 verses 27-33
We have put forth for men, in this Quran every kind of parable, in order that they may receive admonition.
(It is) a Quran in Arabic, without any crookedness (therein): in order that they may guard against Evil.
Allah puts forth a parable a man belonging to many partners at variance with each other, and a man belonging entirely to one master: are those two equal in comparison? Praise be to Allah. but most of them have no knowledge.
Truly you will die (one day), and truly they (too) will die (one day).
In the end will you (all), on the Day of Judgment, settle your disputes in the presence of your Lord.
Who, then, does more wrong than one who utters a lie concerning Allah, and rejects the Truth when it comes to him; is there not in Hell an abode for blasphemers?
And he who brings the Truth and he who confirms (and supports) it - such are the men who do right.
Surah 41 verses 2-6
A Revelation from ((Allah)), Most Gracious, Most Merciful;-
A Book, whereof the verses are explained in detail;- a Quran in Arabic, for people who understand;-
Giving good news and admonition: yet most of them turn away, and so they hear not.
They say: "Our hearts are under veils, (concealed) from that to which you do invite to us, and in our ears is a deafness, and between us and you is a screen: so do you (what you will); for us, we shall do (what we will!)"
Say you: "I am but a man like you: It is revealed to me by Inspiration, that your Allah is one Allah, so stand true to Him, and ask for His Forgiveness." And woe to those who join gods with Allah,
Surah 54 verse 17
And We have indeed made the Quran easy to understand and remember: then is there any that will receive admonition?

ATTITUDE OF THE FOUR CALIPHS TOWARD THE HADITHS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Those who have acknowledged the existence of books other than the Quran as sources for Islam in the belief that the Quran was not self-sufficient, and who have tried to understand Islam basing this on the hadiths, think that the happiest period of Islam was in fact the period during which the Prophet reigned and next to it the period of the Four Caliphs that followed it. However, their behavior has betrayed their speculative approach. It is a fact that the Four Caliphs banned the copying of all hadiths and did everything to thwart the attempts to copy. What is more, the time was the period after the death of the Prophet. Had they so wanted, they could have collected an infinite number of hadiths, and the result would have been much more reliable, given the fact that they would have obtained their information from the people who had seen and talked to the Prophet. What they did, however, was to outlaw the creation of sources next to the Quran. It may be worthwhile to quote here the remark of Darekutni, the celebrated hadith transmitter: “A sound hadith among those invented is like the only white hair on the skin of a black ox.” A time came when the number of invented hadiths exceeded the genuine ones. The most renowned book of hadiths came out in the period when the political, material and moral interests had prevailed. The authors were certainly oblivious to the Four Caliphs’ approach to the issue. Although the said Four Caliphs are an object of praise today, they ignored their attitude toward the hadiths:
Abu Bakr gathered the public after the death of the Prophet and addressed them thus: “You are transmitting conflicting hadiths that clash with the sayings of the Prophet. The persons to come after you will be in a worse predicament. Transmit no hadiths from God’s messenger. Speak to those who would like you to transmit hadiths in the following way: “Behold! God’s book is with us, abide by what has been made lawful for you therein and avoid what has been prohibited.”
Zahabi, Tezkiratul Huffaz, Bukhari
As we see, Abu Bakr, the first Caliph, was resolute about the prohibition of writing down hadiths. He made no distinction between the true and the fabricated hadiths. It is advisable to remind our readers that this approach by the Caliph is all the more meaningful if we consider that at the time there were still people living who had been a witness to the Prophet’s acts and sayings. The attitude of Omar was no different. He was even more rigid in his approach.
OMAR’S CHASTISEMENT OF FABRICATORS
PROMINENT COMPANIONS OF THE PROPHET WAGED WAR AGAINST TRANSMITTERS OF HADITHS
ALI THE CALIPH HAD HADITH PAGES DESTROYED
OMAR’S CHASTISEMENT OF FABRICATORS
Omar wrote letters to the Prophet’s companions, who lived in other cities, asking them to destroy all the copies of hadiths in their hands.
Ibn Abdil Berr, Camiul Bayanil Ilm ve Fazluhu.
There was a remarkable increase in the number of hadiths during the caliphate of Omar. Omar desired that all the pages on which were written the hadiths that were in the hands of the public be brought to him. Then he ordered that they be destroyed, saying: “These are like the Mishnah of the Jewish people.”
Ibn Sad- Tabakat
Omar drew a parallel between the Mishnah that had contributed to the corruption of Judaism and the hadiths. Not being satisfied by mere speculation, he had them destroyed. According to our estimate, the hadiths was quite probably more correct compared to those we find today in the books of Bukhari and Muslim. To begin with, the persons who had known the Prophet were still alive and no political dissensions had yet started.
Let us ask the defenders of traditional Islam if Omar had not loved and respected the Prophet. If their answer would be affirmative, they should not challenge then the defenders of the self-sufficiency of Islam. Otherwise, they should also level criticism at Omar who had the hadiths burned. There is no doubt that Omar held the Prophet in affection, but he had got the message of the Quran and the essence of Islam. His burning of the hadiths was not a sign of disrespect toward him; quite the reverse was his attitude, one of profoundest respect in fact. He knew that the Prophet himself had banned the copying of his sayingsas the Quran was self-sufficient and included everything a man should know. He tried to protect Islam against Mishnah and the acts wrongly attributed to Omar. People nowadays who praise Omar believe that to abide by the hadiths is to respect the Prophet. They are more Catholic than the pope, as they say in the West, and far removed from the Quran. In the next chapter we shall see the strong reaction of Omar against such people as Abu Hurayra and Kab who had transmitted innumerable hadiths (see Chapter 12.)
Omar said to his friend who went on a journey to Iraq: “You are going to a country where the population recites the Quran like busy bees; so do not divert them from their true path with hadiths.”
Ahmad Ibn Hanbal, Kitabul Ilal
Omar spoke thus: “Remember those that went before you, they had books written and abandoned God’s Book. I shall not allow anyone to compare any book with the Quran”. In another instance he had said: “I will not exchange any book for the Quran.” Yet, on another occasion, he had announced: “By God, I shall not let any book cast a shadow on the Quran.”
Al Hatib, Takyidul Ilm; Ibn Sad, Tabakat.
Omar carried on his reaction against Abu Hurayra and Kab who continued transmitting hadiths.
PROMINENT COMPANIONS OF THE PROPHET WAGED WAR AGAINST TRANSMITTERS OF HADITHS
Othman threatened Abu Hurayra with exiling him to the Desh Mountains and Kab to the Kýrada Mountains.
Tahzýrul Havas
Many companions of the Prophet other then the Four Caliphs, both during the period of the Four Caliphs and thereafter, adopted the same attitude toward the hadiths. Ibn Abbas and Abdullah bin Mesud were among them:
Sheddad asked Ibn Abbas whether the Prophet had left anything behind and the answer was: “Only what are inscribed between the pages on the Quran.”
Bukhari K. Fezailul Qura; Muslim K. Fezailus Sahabe, Abu Davud K. Fiten, Tirmizi K. Fiten.
Ibn Abbas used to say, regarding the prohibition of copying the hadiths: “The communities before you swerved from the right path because of books they wrote like yours.”
Ibn Abdul Berr, Camiul Beyanil ilm
A page on which were written hadiths happened to be in the hands of Abdullah b. Masud. He asked for some water with which he washed away what was written on it, then he ordered it burned saying: “Anyone who would report to me the place where a hadith is kept, I would go there, even as far as India, to destroy it.”
Aby Rayya, Enlightment of the Muhammedan Sunna.
If the hadiths were to be a source of Islam, they should have been preserved; but the fact proved to be different. The hadiths were burned and the self-sufficiency of the Quran was announced. The behavior of those who pay tribute to the companions of the Prophet and the attitude adopted by the companions themselves plainly clash. Those who oppose the prohibition of copying the hadiths, whose reaction runs counter to the approach of the companions, have created a mechanism that puts a forced construction on the hadiths. Yet, this outcry cannot obliterate the fact that not even a single page of hadiths has come down to us from the Four Caliphs’ period. The words spoken by the Caliphs above and the companions of the Prophet and the fact that none of them wrote any such books prove beyond doubt that all our arguments are valid.
ALI THE CALIPH HAD HADITH PAGES DESTROYED
We hope that the reaction of Ali will induce the Shiites, Alawis and other sects to return to the unique source of Islam, the Quran.
Ali pronounced the following khutba, (sermon delivered at the noon prayer on Friday): “Those who have about them pages of hadiths, destroy them. For, what causes havoc among people is their abandonment of the Quran, and in abiding by the injunctions of the scholars.”
Ibn Abdul Berr, Camiyul Beyanul Ilm
They came to report to Ali and said: “The public is engrossed in hadiths.” “Is that so?” asked Ali. The answer was in the affirmative. “I had heard the Prophet say that a mischievous dissension seemed to lurk ahead.” I asked him what could that be and he replied: “The salvation is in the Quran. Those that went before you and those that will come after you are within reach of the Quran, the Book that settles all disputes; it is no joke, mind you. Anyone who abandons It will be subject to the wrath of God. Anyone seeking a truer path will go astray. It is the infallible rope of God. It is full of wisdom. It leads man along the right path. It is the Book that will surely lead youin the right direction;, scholars will never be able to embrace it totally, a Book with inexhaustible riches.”

The Quran is full of reminders that indicate how crucial the blessings of our eyesight, hearing, and brains to increase our knowledge and properly perceive the true guidance and the teaching lessons of God.
[16:78] GOD brought you out of your mothers' bellies knowing nothing, and He gave you the hearing, the eyesight, and the brains, that you may be appreciative.
Crucial Advice
[17:36] You shall not accept any information, unless you verify it for yourself. I have given you the hearing, the eyesight, and the brain, and you are responsible for using them.
[50:36] Many a generation before them, who were more powerful, we annihilated. They searched the land; did they find an escape?
[50:37] This should be a lesson for everyone who possesses a mind, or is able to hear and witness.
God tells us that these three vital signs become disabled or useless when we reject the truth or even parts of it. Once we maintain this status, without any reevaluation of direction or repentance, God augments our loss ; our eyes cannot see any more, our brains wouldn't comprehend or receive information, and our ears get programmed to only hear from Satan and his constituents:
[2:10] In their minds there is a disease. Consequently, GOD augments their disease. They have incurred a painful retribution for their lying.
(2) The Disbelievers
[2:6] As for those who disbelieve, it is the same for them; whether you warn them, or not warn them, they cannot believe.
[2:7] GOD seals their minds and their hearing, and their eyes are veiled. They have incurred severe retribution.
Preoccupation With This Life
Leads to Exile From God
[16:107] This is because they have given priority to this life over the Hereafter, and GOD does not guide such disbelieving people.
[16:108] Those are the ones whom GOD has sealed their hearts, and their hearing, and their eyesight. Consequently, they remain unaware.
Common Form of Idolatry: The Ego As A god
[45:23] Have you noted the one whose god is his ego? Consequently, GOD sends him astray, despite his knowledge, seals his hearing and his mind, and places a veil on his eyes. Who then can guide him, after such a decision by GOD? Would you not take heed?
They Ridiculed the Messenger's Warnings
[46:26] We had established them in the same way as we established you, and provided them with hearing, eyes, and minds. But their hearing, eyes, and minds did not help them at all. This is because they decided to disregard GOD's revelations. Thus, the prophecies and warnings that they ridiculed have caused their doom.
It is noteworthy that among the vital signs of physically living on earth are the eyesight, the hearing, and the ability to use our brain power. Our Creator, uses the allegory of being guided/saved as being alive with the vital blessings of the eyesight, the hearing and the brain. Thus, He emphasized that these three are the vital signs of guidance. We are announced dead, and our bodies deteriorate when our brains are entirely dead. The same applies to our souls ; they are also announced dead by God almighty in the Quran once we become deaf, dumb, and blind to the true source of eternity and salvation. In that sense, we become like the walking dead. Please reflect on the following patterns and descriptions of the walking dead:
[27:80] You cannot make the dead, nor the deaf, hear the call, if they turn away.
[27:81] Nor can you guide the blind out of their straying. The only ones who will hear you are those who believe in our revelations, and decide to be submitters.
[22:46] Did they not roam the earth, then use their minds to understand, and use their ears to hear? Indeed, the real blindness is not the blindness of the eyes, but the blindness of the hearts inside the chests.
[7:198] When you invite them to the guidance, they do not hear. And you see them looking at you, but they do not see.
[17:97] Whomever GOD guides is the truly guided one. And whomever He sends astray, you will never find for them any lords and masters beside Him. We will summon them on the Day of Resurrection forcibly; blind, dumb, and deaf. Their destination is Hell; whenever it cools down, we will increase their fire.
[7:178] Whomever GOD guides is the truly guided one, and whomever He commits to straying, these are the losers.
Satan Hypnotizes His Constituents
[7:179] We have committed to Hell multitudes of jinns and humans. They have minds with which they do not understand, eyes with which they do not see, and ears with which they do not hear. They are like animals; no, they are far worse - they are totally unaware.
[8:20] O you who believe, obey GOD and His messenger, and do not disregard him while you hear.
The Disbelievers Blocked Out
[8:21] Do not be like those who say, "We hear," when they do not hear.
[8:22] The worst creatures in the sight of GOD are the deaf and dumb, who do not understand.
[2:16] It is they who bought the straying, at the expense of guidance. Such trade never prospers, nor do they receive any guidance.
[2:17] Their example is like those who start a fire, then, as it begins to shed light around them, GOD takes away their light, leaving them in darkness, unable to see.
[2:18] Deaf, dumb, and blind; they fail to return.
[2:171] The example of such disbelievers is that of parrots who repeat what they hear of sounds and calls, without understanding. Deaf, dumb, and blind; they cannot understand.
[10:42] Some of them listen to you, but can you make the deaf hear, even though they cannot understand?
Humans Freely Choose Their Paths
[10:43] Some of them look at you, but can you guide the blind, even though they do not see?
[10:44] GOD never wrongs the people; it is the people who wrong their own souls.
The Disbelievers
[11:20] These will never escape, nor will they find any lords or masters to help them against GOD. Retribution will be doubled for them. They have failed to hear, and they have failed to see.
[11:21] These are the ones who lose their souls, and the idols they had fabricated will disown them.
[18:100] We will present Hell, on that day, to the disbelievers.
[18:101] They are the ones whose eyes were too veiled to see My message. Nor could they hear.
Quran: The ONLY Source
[17:46] We place shields around their minds, to prevent them from understanding it, and deafness in their ears. And when you preach your Lord, using the Quran alone,* they run away in aversion.
Overwhelming Miracle of the Quran
[6:39] Those who reject our proofs are deaf and dumb, in total darkness. Whomever GOD wills, He sends astray, and whomever He wills, He leads in a straight path.
[30:58] Thus, we have cited for the people in this Quran all kinds of examples. Yet, no matter what kind of proof you present to the disbelievers, they say, "You are falsifiers."
Divine Intervention
[30:59] GOD thus seals the hearts of those who do not know.
The death of the soul starts on earth when we pursue the above death road. By losing our vital signs of guidance: the hearing, the eyesight and the brain, we suffocate our own souls. When we continue on this death path, we are announced "dead" by God - the living dead out of their graves.
[29:54] They challenge you to bring retribution! Hell already surrounds the disbelievers.
[35:18] No soul can carry the sins of another soul. If a soul that is loaded with sins implores another to bear part of its load, no other soul can carry any part of it, even if they were related. The only people to heed your warnings are those who reverence their Lord, even when alone in their privacy, and observe the Contact Prayers (Salat). Whoever purifies his soul, does so for his own good. To GOD is the final destiny.
[35:19] The blind and the seer are not equal.
[35:20] Nor are the darkness and the light.
[35:21] Nor are the coolness of the shade and the heat of the sun.
[35:22] Nor are the living and the dead; GOD causes whomever He wills to hear. You cannot make hearers out of those in the graves.

[3:193] "Our Lord, we have heard a caller calling to faith and proclaiming: `You shall believe in your Lord,' and we have believed. Our Lord, forgive us our transgressions, remit our sins, and let us die as righteous believers.
[3:194] "Our Lord, shower us with the blessings you promised us through Your messengers, and do not forsake us on the Day of Resurrection. You never break a promise."

Are you saying we don't need the axadiis to understand our religion??
Without the axadiis we wouldn't know how to pray. The qur'aan does mention the obligation of prayer, but it doesn't mention the way we should pray, like how many rakacah, what to say ect ect.

I knew someone will ask this question.......... How can we observe the Salaat prayers by following the Quran alone? Because it is a favourite question among Sunni and Shiica Muslims who follow derivative texts, religious instruction, teachings and laws, all of which are written by men.......... With this question, both sects try to justify the necessity and proliferation of contradictory sectarian teachings, medieval Arab culture, oppressive laws filled with prohibitions and regulations--all falsely attributed to God and His prophet..SCWS.......................
This question of potential believers exposes lack of knowledge of the Quran as well as proves that their religion, as practiced, is based purely on heresy and conjecture of their parents, scholars or local mullahs.
There are three implications of the Question above:
1........ An implication that challenges God's assertion and a subconscious effort to prove that God is wrong in His repeated assertions that Quran is "Complete", "Perfect" and "Fully Detailed".
2. An implication that Hadith contains the details of Salat and therefore Hadith other than the Quran can be used for religious law.
3- An implication that God is wrong in teaching us in the Quran, that all the rituals of Islam, including Salat were given to Abraham..................
.............before any answer I am asking you ......Abdalla..... do you accept as true that Quran is “Complete", "Perfect" and "Fully Detailed”.
When you answer the above Question then I may answer your Question..............................

[2:3-5] who believe in the unseen, observe the Contact Prayers (Salat), and from our provisions to them, they give to charity. And they believe in what was revealed to you, and in what was revealed before you, and with regard to the Hereafter, they are absolutely certain. These are guided by their Lord; these are the winners.
[2:43] You shall observe the Contact Prayers (Salat) and give the obligatory charity (Zakat), and bow down with those who bow down.
[2:45] You shall seek help through steadfastness and the Contact Prayers (Salat). This is difficult indeed, but not so for the reverent.
[2:153] O you who believe, seek help through steadfastness and the Contact Prayers (salat). Allah is with those who steadfastly persevere.
[29:45] "Observe the Salat (Contact Prayers) for it prohibits evil and vice."
[15:98-99] "You shall glorify and praise your Lord and be with the prostrators, and worship your Lord until you attain certainty."
[35:29-30] "Surely, those who recite the book of God, observe the Contact Prayers and are charitable both discreetly and openly can hope for an investment that never loses. He will recompense them generously and will multiply His blessings upon them. He is Forgiving, Appreciative."
[29:45] "You shall recite what is revealed to you of the Scripture, and observe the Salat (Contact Prayers), for the Salat prohibits evil and vice. But the remembrance of God is the most important objective. God is aware of all that you do."
[20:14] "I am God, there is no other God but Me, you shall worship Me and observe the Salat (Contact Prayers) to commemorate Me."
[4:43] "O you who believe, do not observe the Contact Prayers (Salat) while intoxicated, till you ( so that you ) know what you are saying."
[5:6] "O you who believe, when you observe the Salat (Contact Prayers) you shall wash your faces, wash your arms to the elbows, wipe your heads and wash your feet to the ankles."
[6:162-163] "Say, "My Salat (Contact Prayers), my worship practices, my life and my death, are all devoted absolutely to God alone, the Lord of the universe. He has no partner. This is what I am commanded to believe, and I am the first to submit."
[23:2] Successful indeed are the believers; who are reverent during their Salat (Contact Prayers)."
[2:43] You shall observe the Contact Prayers (Salat) and give the obligatory charity (Zakat), and bow down with those who bow down.
[2:150] "Wherever you go, you shall turn your face (during Salat) towards the Sacred Masjid; wherever you might be, you shall turn your faces (during Salat) towards it."
[2:238] "You shall consistently observe the Salat (Contact Prayers), especially the middle prayer, and stand before God in submission."
[3:39] "The angels called to him as he was standing praying in the sanctuary: "Allah gives you good news of John; a believer in the word of God, honorable, moral, and a righteous prophet."
[4:102] "When you are with them, and lead the Salat (Contact Prayer) for them, let a group of them stand with you and let them hold their weapons, and let them stand behind you as you prostrate. Then, let the other group that has not prayed take their turn praying with you, while the others stand guard and hold their weapons."
[22:26] "We appointed Abraham to establish the Shrine: "You shall not idolize any other god beside Me, and purify My shrine for those who visit it, those who live near it, and those who bow and prostrate."
[48:29] "Muhammad-the messenger of God, and those with him are harsh and stern against the disbelievers, but kind and compassionate amongst themselves. You see them bowing and prostrating, as they seek God's blessings and approval."
[29:45] "You shall recite what is revealed to you of the Scripture (the Quran), and observe the Salat (Contact Prayers)."
[3:113] "They are not all the same; among the followers of the scripture there are those who are righteous. They recite God's revelations through the night while prostrating."
[16:98] "When you read the Quran, you shall seek refuge in God from Satan the rejected."
[4:102] " ...... then when they have performed their prostration (fa iza sajadu) let them fall to the rear and let another group come that has not worshipped yet and let them worship with you ......"
[2:239] "Under unusual circumstances, you may pray while walking or riding. Once you are safe, you shall commemorate God as He taught you what you never knew."
[18:27] "You shall recite what is revealed to you of your Lord's Scripture (the Quran). Nothing shall abrogate His words, and you shall not find any other source beside it."
[56:74] "You shall glorify the name of your Lord, the Great".
[87:1] "Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High".
[73:20] Your Lord knows that you meditate during two-thirds of the night, or half of it, or one-third of it, and so do some of those who believed with you. GOD has designed the night and the day, and He knows that you cannot always do this. He has pardoned you. Instead, you shall read what you can of the Quran. He knows that some of you may be ill, others may be traveling in pursuit of GOD's provisions, and others may be striving in the cause of GOD. You shall read what you can of it, and observe the contact prayers (Salat), give the obligatory Charity (Zakat), and lend GOD a loan of righteousness. Whatever good you send ahead on behalf of your souls, you will find it at GOD far better and generously rewarded. And implore GOD for forgiveness. Allah is Forgiver, Most Merciful.
[50:40] "During the night you shall glorify Him, and after prostrating."
[11:114] You shall observe the Contact Prayers (Salat) at both ends of the day, and during the night. The righteous works wipe out the evil works. This is a reminder for those who would take heed.
[17:78] You shall observe the Contact Prayer (salat) when the sun declines from its highest point at noon, as it moves towards sunset. You shall also observe (the recitation of) the Quran at dawn. (Reciting) the Quran at dawn is witnessed.
[62:9-10] "O you who believe, when the Salat is announced on Friday, you shall hasten to the commemoration of God, and drop all business. This is better for you, if you only knew. Once the prayer is completed, you may spread through the land to seek God's bounties, and continue to remember God frequently, that you may succeed."
[2:143] "We appointed the Qiblah which you formerly observed only that We may know those who follow the messenger from those who turn back on their heels."
[2:149] "Wherever you go, you shall turn your face (during Salat) towards the Sacred Masjid. This is the truth from your Lord. God is never unaware of anything you all do."
[2:144] "We have seen you (O Muhammad) turning your face about the sky (searching for the right direction). We now assign a Qiblah that is pleasing to you. Henceforth, you shall turn your face towards the Sacred Masjid."
[17:110] Say, "Call Him GOD, or call Him the Most Gracious; whichever name you use, to Him belongs the best names." You shall not utter your Contact Prayers (Salat) too loudly, nor secretly; use a moderate tone.
[7:31] O children of Adam, you shall be clean and dress nicely when you go to the masjid. And eat and drink moderately; Surely, He does not love the gluttons.
[4:43] O you who believe, do not observe the Contact Prayers (SALAT) while intoxicated, so that you know what you are saying. Nor after sexual orgasm without bathing, unless you are on the road, traveling; if you are ill or traveling, or you had urinary or fecal-related excretion (such as gas), or contacted the women (sexually), and you cannot find water, you shall observe Tayammum (dry ablution) by touching clean dry soil, then wiping your faces and hands therewith. GOD is Pardoner, Forgiver.
[4:101] When you travel, during war, you commit no error by shortening your Contact Prayers (salat), if you fear that the disbelievers may attack you. Surely, the disbelievers are your ardent enemies.
[4:103] Once you complete your Contact Prayer (salat), you shall remember GOD while standing, sitting, or lying down. Once the war is over, you shall observe the Contact Prayers (salat); the Contact Prayers (salat) are decreed for the believers at specific times.
[4:142] The hypocrites think that they are deceiving GOD, but He is the One who leads them on. When they get up for the Contact Prayer (salat), they get up lazily. That is because they only show off in front of the people, and rarely do they think of GOD.
[5:6] O you who believe, when you observe the Contact Prayers (salat), you shall: (1) wash your faces, (2) wash your arms to the elbows, (3) wipe your heads, and (4) wash your feet to the ankles. If you were unclean due to sexual orgasm, you shall bathe. If you are ill, or traveling, or had any digestive excretion (urinary, fecal, or gas), or had (sexual) contact with the women, and you cannot find water, you shall observe the dry ablution (Tayammum) by touching clean dry soil, then rubbing your faces and hands. GOD does not wish to make the religion difficult for you; He wishes to cleanse you and to perfect His blessing upon you, that you may be appreciative.
[5:55] Your real allies are GOD and His messenger, and the believers who observe the Contact Prayers (salat), and give the obligatory charity (Zakat), and they bow down.
[5:91] The devil wants to provoke animosity and hatred among you through intoxicants and gambling, and to distract you from remembering Allah, and from observing the Contact Prayers (salat). Will you then refrain?
[5:106] O you who believe, witnessing a will when one of you is dying shall be done by two equitable people among you. If you are traveling, then two others may do the witnessing. After observing the Contact Prayer (salat), let the witnesses swear by GOD, to alleviate your doubts: "We will not use this to attain personal gains, even if the testator is related to us. Nor will we conceal GOD's testimony. Otherwise, we would be sinners."
[6:72] "And to observe the Contact Prayers (salat), and to reverence Him - He is the One before whom you will be summoned (for the reckoning)."
[7:170] Those who uphold the scripture, and observe the Contact Prayers (salat), we never fail to recompense the pious.
[9:18] The only people to frequent GOD's masjids are those who believe in GOD and the Last Day, and observe the Contact Prayers (salat), and give the obligatory charity (Zakat), and do not fear except GOD. These will surely be among the guided ones.
[9:54] What prevented the acceptance of their spending is that they disbelieved in GOD and His messenger, and when they observed the Contact Prayers (Salat), they observed them lazily, and when they gave to charity, they did so grudgingly.
[9:71] The believing men and women are allies of one another. They advocate righteousness and forbid evil, they observe the Contact Prayers (salat) and give the obligatory charity (Zakat), and they obey GOD and His messenger. These will be showered by GOD's mercy. GOD is Almighty, Most Wise.
[10:87] We inspired Moses and his brother. "Maintain your homes in Egypt for the time being, turn your homes into synagogues, and maintain the Contact Prayers (salat). Give good news to the believers."
[14:31] Exhort My servants who believed to observe the Contact Prayers (salat), and to give (to charity) from our provisions to them, secretly and publicly, before a day comes where there is neither trade, nor nepotism.
[19:59] After them, He substituted generations who lost the Contact Prayers (salat), and pursued their lusts. They will suffer the consequences.
[20:132] You shall enjoin your family to observe the contact prayers (salat), and steadfastly persevere in doing so. We do not ask you for any provisions; we are the ones who provide for you. The ultimate triumph belongs to the righteous.
[21:73] We made them imams who guided in accordance with our commandments, and we taught them how to work righteousness, and how to observe the Contact Prayers (salat) and the obligatory charity (Zakat). To us, they were devoted worshipers.
[22:35] They are the ones whose hearts tremble upon mentioning GOD, they steadfastly persevere during adversity, they observe the Contact Prayers (salat), and from our provisions to them, they give to charity.
[22:41] They are those who, if we appointed them as rulers on earth, they would establish the Contact Prayers (salat) and the obligatory charity (Zakat), and would advocate righteousness and forbid evil. GOD is the ultimate ruler.
[24:37] People who are not distracted by business or trade from commemorating GOD; they observe the Contact Prayers (salat), and give the obligatory charity (Zakat), and they are conscious of the day when the minds and the eyes will be horrified.
[29:45] You shall recite what is revealed to you of the scripture, and observe the Contact Prayers (salat), for the Contact Prayers prohibit evil and vice. But the remembrance of GOD (through salat) is the most important objective. GOD knows everything you do.
[30:31] You shall submit to Him, reverence Him, observe the Contact Prayers (salat), and - whatever you do - do not ever fall into idol worship.
[35:29] Surely, those who recite the book of GOD, observe the Contact Prayers (salat), and from our provisions to them they spend - secretly and publicly - are engaged in an investment that never loses.
[42:38] They respond to their Lord by observing the Contact Prayers (salat). Their affairs are decided after due consultation among themselves, and from our provisions to them they give (to charity).
[74:41-44] About the guilty. "What brought you to this retribution?" They will say, "We did not observe the contact prayers (Salat). "We did not feed the poor.
[74:1-7] O you hidden secret. Come out and warn. Extol your Lord. Purify your garment. Forsake what is wrong. Be content with your lot. Steadfastly commemorate your Lord.
[98:5] All that was asked of them was to worship GOD, devoting the religion absolutely to Him alone, observe the contact prayers (salat), and give the obligatory charity (Zakat). Such is the perfect religion.
[10:9-10] "As for those who believe and lead a righteous life, their Lord guides them by virtue of their belief. Rivers will flow beneath them in the garden of bliss. Their prayer therein is, 'Be You Glorified our God' their greeting therein is, 'Peace' and the ending/conclusion of their prayer is, Praise be to God, Lord of the universe"
[6:114] "Shall I seek other than God as a source of law, when He has revealed to you this book fully detailed?"
[16:89] "We have revealed to you this book to provide explanations for everything."
[6:114]"......He has revealed to you this book fully detailed."

THE GOAT THAT EATS UP THE QURANIC VERSE
Narrated Aisha 'The verse of stoning and of suckling an adult ten times were revealed, and they were (written) on a paper and kept
under my bed. When the Messenger of Allah (SAWW.) expired and we were preoccupied with his death, a goat entered and ate away the paper."
Sunan Ibn Majah, Book of Nikah, Hadith # 1934)
Caliph Omar states: “People will arise in the future who will deny the existence of rajm. These people will be religious apostates. Had I not feared the people’s allegation that Omar was making additions to the Quran, I would have introduced the rajm verse in the Quran”
(Bukhari, Muslim Hudud, Abu Davud).
According to the mentality of these hadiths, Omar feared public censure more than Allah. !!!!!!!!!

Aayaat About Hajj
[2:125] We have rendered the shrine (the Ka`aba) a focal point for the people, and a safe sanctuary. You may use Abraham's shrine as a prayer house. We commissioned Abraham and Ismail: "You shall purify My house for those who visit, those who live there, and those who bow and prostrate."
[2:158] The knolls of Safa and Marwah are among the rites decreed by GOD. Anyone who observes Hajj or `Umrah commits no error by traversing the distance between them. If one volunteers more righteous works, then GOD is Appreciative, Omniscient.
[2:189] They ask you about the phases of the moon! Say, "They provide a timing device for the people, and determine the time of Hajj." It is not righteous to beat around the bush;* righteousness is attained by upholding the commandments and by being straightforward. You shall observe GOD, that you may succeed.
[2:196] You shall observe the complete rites of Hajj and`Umrah for GOD. If you are prevented, you shall send an offering, and do not resume cutting your hair until your offering has reached its destination. If you are ill, or suffering a head injury (and you must cut your hair), you shall expiate by fasting, or giving to charity, or some other form of worship. During the normal Hajj, if you break the state of Ihraam (sanctity) between `Umrah and Hajj, you shall expiate by offering an animal sacrifice. If you cannot afford it, you shall fast three days during Hajj and seven when you return home - this completes ten - provided you do not live at the Sacred Masjid. You shall observe GOD, and know that GOD is strict in enforcing retribution.
[2:197] Hajj shall be observed in the specified months.* Whoever sets out to observe Hajj shall refrain from sexual intercourse, misconduct, and arguments throughout Hajj. Whatever good you do, GOD is fully aware thereof. As you prepare your provisions for the journey, the best provision is righteousness. You shall observe Me, O you who possess intelligence.
[2:198-201] You commit no error by seeking provisions from your Lord (through commerce). When you file from `Arafaat, you shall commemorate GOD at the Sacred Location (of Muzdalifah). You shall commemorate Him for guiding you; before this, you had gone astray. You shall file together, with the rest of the people who file, and ask GOD for forgiveness. GOD is Forgiver, Most Merciful. Once you complete your rites, you shall continue to commemorate GOD as you commemorate your own parents, or even better. Some people would say, "Our Lord, give us of this world," while having no share in the Hereafter. Others would say, "Our Lord, grant us righteousness in this world, and righteousness in the Hereafter, and spare us the retribution of Hell."
[2:203] You shall commemorate GOD for a number of days (in Mena); whoever hastens to do this in two days commits no sin, and whoever stays longer commits no sin, so long as righteousness is maintained. You shall observe GOD, and know that before Him you will be gathered.
[3:96-97] The most important shrine established for the people is the one in Becca;* a blessed beacon for all the people. In it are clear signs: the station of Abraham. Anyone who enters it shall be granted safe passage. The people owe it to GOD that they shall observe Hajj to this shrine, when they can afford it. As for those who disbelieve, GOD does not need anyone.
[5:1-2] O you who believe, you shall fulfill your covenants. Permitted for you to eat are the livestock, except those specifically prohibited herein. You shall not permit hunting throughout Hajj pilgrimage. GOD decrees whatever He wills. O you who believe, do not violate the rites instituted by GOD, nor the Sacred Months, nor the animals to be offered, nor the garlands marking them, nor the people who head for the Sacred Shrine (Ka`bah) seeking blessings from their Lord and approval. Once you complete the pilgrimage, you may hunt.* Do not be provoked into aggression by your hatred of people who once prevented you from going to the Sacred Masjid. You shall cooperate in matters of righteousness and piety; do not cooperate in matters that are sinful and evil. You shall observe GOD. GOD is strict in enforcing retribution.
[5:94-95] O you who believe, GOD will test you with some game within reach of your hands and your arrows (during pilgrimage). GOD thus distinguishes those among you who observe Him in their privacy. Those who transgress after this have incurred a painful retribution. O you who believe, do not kill any game during pilgrimage. Anyone who kills any game on purpose, his fine shall be a number of livestock animals that is equivalent to the game animals he killed. The judgment shall be set by two equitable people among you. They shall make sure that the offerings reach the Ka`bah. Otherwise, he may expiate by feeding poor people, or by an equivalent fast to atone for his offense. GOD has pardoned past offenses. But if anyone returns to such an offense, GOD will avenge it. GOD is Almighty, Avenger.
[5:96-97] All fish of the sea are made lawful for you to eat. During pilgrimage, this may provide for you during your journey. You shall not hunt throughout the pilgrimage. You shall reverence GOD, before whom you will be summoned. GOD has appointed the Ka`bah, the Sacred Masjid,* to be a sanctuary for the people, and also the Sacred Months, the offerings (to the Sacred Masjid), and the garlands marking them. You should know that GOD knows everything in the heavens and the earth, and that GOD is Omniscient.
*5:97 The idol-worshiping Muslims have instituted two ``Sacred Masjids'' by consecrating the Prophet's tomb. The Quran talks only about one Sacred Masjid.
[9:36] The count of months, as far as GOD is concerned, is twelve.* This has been GOD's law, since the day He created the heavens and the earth. Four of them are sacred. This is the perfect religion; you shall not wrong your souls (by fighting) during the Sacred Months. However, you may declare all-out war against the idol worshipers (even during the Sacred Months), when they declare all-out war against you, and know that GOD is on the side of the righteous.
[9:37] Altering the Sacred Months is a sign of excessive disbelief; it augments the straying of those who have disbelieved. They alternate the Sacred Months and the regular months, while preserving the number of months consecrated by GOD. They thus violate what GOD has consecrated. Their evil works are adorned in their eyes. GOD does not guide the disbelieving people.
[22:26-27] We appointed Abraham to establish the Shrine: "You shall not idolize any other god beside Me, and purify My shrine for those who visit it, those who live near it, and those who bow and prostrate. "And proclaim that the people shall observe Hajj pilgrimage.* They will come to you walking or riding on various exhausted (means of transportation). They will come from the farthest locations."
[22:28-30] They may seek commercial benefits, and they shall commemorate GOD's name during the specified days for providing them with livestock. "Eat therefrom and feed the despondent and the poor." They shall complete their obligations, fulfill their vows, and visit the ancient shrine. Those who reverence the rites decreed by GOD have deserved a good reward at their Lord. All livestock is made lawful for your food, except for those specifically prohibited for you. You shall avoid the abomination of idol worship, and avoid bearing false witness.
[22:33] The (livestock) provide you with many benefits for a period, before being donated to the ancient shrine.
[22:36] The animal offerings are among the rites decreed by GOD for your own good.* You shall mention GOD's name on them while they are standing in line. Once they are offered for sacrifice, you shall eat therefrom and feed the poor and the needy. This is why we subdued them for you, that you may show your appreciation.
[22:37] Neither their meat, nor their blood reaches GOD. What reaches Him is your righteousness. He has subdued them for you, that you may show your appreciation by glorifying GOD for guiding you. Give good news to the charitable.
[48:27] GOD has fulfilled His messenger's truthful vision: "You will enter the Sacred Masjid, GOD willing, perfectly secure, and you will cut your hair or shorten it (as you fulfill the pilgrimage rituals) there. You will not have any fear. Since He knew what you did not know, He has coupled this with an immediate victory."

Twas early in the morning at four,
When death knocked upon a bedroom door.
'Who is there?' the sleeping one cried.
'I'm Isreal, let me inside.'
At once, the man began to shiver,
As one sweating in deadly fever.
He shouted to his sleeping wife,
'Don't let him take away my life!'
'Please go away, O Angel of Death!
Leave me alone. I'm not ready yet.
My family on me depend.
Give me a chance, O please per pend!'
The Angel knocked again and again,
'Friend!' I'll take your life without a pain,
Tis your soul that Allah requires,
I come not of my own desire.'
Bewildered, the man began to cry,
'O Angel, I'm so afraid to die,
I'll give you gold, and be your slave,
Don't send me to the unlit grave.'
'Let me in, O Friend! the Angel said,
'Open the door, get up from your bed.
If you do not allow me in
I will walk through it, like a Jinn.'
The man held up a gun in his right hand
Ready to defy the Angel's stand.
'I'll point the gun towards your head.
You dare come in, I'll shoot you dead.'
By now the Angel was already in the room,
Saying 'O Friend! Prepare for your doom,
Foolish man, Angels never die,
Put down your gun and do not sigh.
'Why are you afraid, Tell me, O man,
To die according to Allah's plan?
Come, smile at me, do not be grim.
Be happy to return to Him.'
'O Angel, I bow my head in shame.
I had no time to take Allah's name.
From morn till dusk, I made my wealth,
Not even caring for my health.'
'Allah's commands I never obeyed,
Nor five times a day, I ever prayed.
A Ramadan came and a Ramadan went,
But no time had I to repent.'
'The hajj was already Fardh on me,
But I would not part with the money,
All charities I did ignore,
Taking usury, more and more.
'Sometimes I sipped my favorite wine,
With flirting women I sat to dine,
O Angel! I appeal to you,
Spare my life for a year or two.'
'The laws of the Quran I will obey,
I'll begin to Salaat this very day.
My fast and Haj I will complete,
And keep away away form self-conceit.'
'I'll refrain from usury,
And give all my wealth to charity,
Wine and wenches I will detest.
Allah's Oneness I will attest.'
'We Angels do what Allah demands.
We cannot go against His commands.
Death is ordained for everyone,
Father, mother, daughter and son.'
'I'm afraid, this moment is your last.
Now be reminded more of your past.
I do understand your fears,
But it is now too late for tears.'
You lived in this world, two score or more
Never did you your people adore.
Your parents you did not obey,
Hungry beggars you turned away.
You ignored the Muezzin's Azaan,
Nor did you read The Holy Quraan
Breaking promises all your life,
Backbiting friends and causing strife.
From hoarded goods, great profits you made.
And your poor workers you underpaid.
Houses and cards were your leisure,
money-making was your pleasure.
Paradise for you? I cannot tell
Undoubtedly you will dwell in hell,
There's no time for you to repent,
I'll take your soul, for which I am sent.
With a cry the man jumped out of bed,
And suddenly, he fell down dead.
O Reader, take a moral form here.
Never know your end may be near.
Change your living and make amends,
For Heaven on your deeds depends.

I have been following this topic since the beginning. He is basically saying that we don't need the xadiis and that they are all false. These kind of ideology is the one of the Quraniyyoun, they only accept the quran and reject the axadiis

I wrote an article regarding this misconception a couple of years back. The Sunnah is itself a revelation(wahy) and without it, the Deen wouldn't be complete.
