Purity is half of faith. Alhamdulillah [Praise be to Allah]

Postby Aiman » Wed Aug 10, 2005 1:24 am

Asalaamu Caleykum Waraxmatullaahi Wabarakaatuh my dear brothers & sisters in Islam

Bacadu Salaam,

On the authority of Abu Malik Al-harith ibn 'Asim al-Ash'ari (as) who said:
The messenger of Allah (Saaw) said:

"Purity is half of faith. Alhamdulillah [Praise be to Allah] fills the scales, and Subhanallah [how far is Allah from every imperfection] and alhamdulillah [Praise be to Allah] fill that which is between the heaven and the earth. Prayer is light; charity is a proof; patience is illumination; and the Qura'an is an argument for or against you. Everyone starts his day and is a vendor of his soul, either freeing it or bringing about its ruin"

Narrated by Muslim Xadiithun Saxiix

Wa Salaamu Caleykum Waraxmatullaahi Wabarakaatuh
