first of all get some napkins
second, don't shove food in your mouth like that, take time to chew it and take little portions once at a time.
third don't open your mouth while eating
fourth, get a spoon if you can.

watch careful my hand there was plenty of napkins, everything is white there... I eat carefully because i know how much i need for my throat... I never eat without napkins... never eat water... I am sorry the handfuls attempts it merely the show off.. I eat very approprietly and I know the xaquuqul food... Anyway is just the last handfulls and i open my camera it was the day of eid.. enjoy itHappy Eid...
