State Government Formation Becomes a Joke

I think this idea of every region and every Clan forming their own government will only create more differences among communities and encourage Somalis not to come together. I think Ethiopia is behind this. It would lead to some state government declaring themselves independent Like Somaliland which would be the End of Somalia.

What do guys think? is it a good idea or would lead to downfall and division of somalia and somali people.
