@0:18....that man holding up the placard and stamping his feet, ninkaas wax ayaa ka si ah, definitely mentally challenged to some degree Image

It's surprising that some of these people managed to sit through any previously tense proceedings with a measure of civility.

I feel sorry for the speaker. The man looks dumbfounded Image

Jawaari needs to resign if he can't handle these zoo monkeys. WHY isn't jawaari using the SNA and Amisom on these spoilers? i remember the last week jawaari said those mps who disrupted the session would be taken to court. He should've prepared himself for action if they tried to disrupt the session again. Image

It's an obstruction of parliamentary proceeding, any speaker is within his rights to take action but...well nobody really expects MP's to behave like that in parliament, it doesn't really happen in the 21st century. Parliamentary propriety is an alien concept to this people.

Imagine making a serious bet with an adult and he suddenly refused to pay...like what the hell Image

Jawaari knew the handful MPs would cause disorder again, yet he didn't order soldiers to keep the place in order. Malahaa yuulka ayuu heshiish la galay.
There's no other explanation.

Geo,i agree. lol i guess it's a strategy for camp baldy to buy more time. Jawaari is the bottle neck in all this ,nigga should've ordered the security forces to arrest the spoilers and then proceed with the motion unless he supports baldy, which can explain why he has been acting so soft on the mps. ignorant idiots don't blame them. the only way to save Somalis is by giving power/legislative visas to foreigners who are well educated and civilized to lead the country until homegrown people are found who actually know how to lead a country. The only hope is to give power to other educated people inoder to refrain uneducated pathetic morons from making decisions for millions of people. no other way. the only problem is convincing the Somalis /choosing the right leaders. other than that it is 10000 times better than putting degenerates in parliament.
