It's an obstruction of parliamentary proceeding, any speaker is within his rights to take action but...well nobody really expects MP's to behave like that in parliament, it doesn't really happen in the 21st century. Parliamentary propriety is an alien concept to this people.

ignorant idiots don't blame them. the only way to save Somalis is by giving power/legislative visas to foreigners who are well educated and civilized to lead the country until homegrown people are found who actually know how to lead a country. The only hope is to give power to other educated people inoder to refrain uneducated pathetic morons from making decisions for millions of people. no other way. the only problem is convincing the Somalis /choosing the right leaders. other than that it is 10000 times better than putting degenerates in parliament.
