help someone is hacking my computer

so,i go to wikipedia after long time absence and there i see a new message in the corner stating that i made edits to certain article and it has been reverted.i never edit wikipedia and funny thing the message says i made edits to surre clan,hiirshabelle or some random article.

what the hell is going on?

I drink alcohol every day before starting my day.my job mostly involves computer,so nobody knows i am buzzed.

i started drinking at age 17 and still addicted.came to know it is forbidden few years so i am going to switch off to halal bear.

That's happened to me before. I just can't remember whether or not I was using a VPN service when it happened.
