Precisely at 9 am in the morning, Marie my rather delightful underpaid worker brings me a beautiful expensive china plate which contains a slice of wholemeal bread, It is rather sligtly toasted then covered with a touch of the finest peanut butter in the land and topped off with a sprinkle of salt and vinegar crisps and then another slice of bread is placed above it. I simply could not enjoy the day without a serving of this.


Oh dear god, i simply cannot believe I forgot to mention what brings the whole dish together, it is ofcoarse a cup of tea.
