Im cold all the time. My hands are even cold in the summer.
But u know what they say "those with cold palms have warm heart" :P

Aniga what annoys me more than anything is my work building. During the winter, we literally have individual fans on in our offices b/c it gets so hot. Now that the weather is warmer, I have a heat on from the moment I get there till I leave. wtf.

Ps...yes I always take a sweater or a little jacket to the movies or when going to the mall. There is one sitting in the back seat of my car at all times just in case.
