Therapist, exercise, and try to get lots of sunlight. Vitamin D is very, very important.

Apparently low testosterone causes depression in men.

Get your hormones checked out, and if low go and get some sunshine, exercise, good food and rest.

Check for Vitamin D quotient. The normal range for vitamin D is 20. Once i had a "14". I was given heavy dose of Vitamin D. Less than 12 is a problem lol

Nub do u cook? Cook a lot green vegetables. Also for now, go over the counter and get vitamin D pills. Your doctor should provide u. Mine were like Green gelly like tablets. I think i was given 4 pills? to take them one a day!

I am not an expert, of course, but I think that you should have a balanced approach for medical treatment and psychotherapy. Meds 100% won't be efficient without the doctor finding out and dealing the root of all evil that triggered your depression. So I recommend you Dr Rudoy as he was the one who helped my wife after she had a post-natal depression.
