^ Interesting. I think the confusion comes from the word 'Abgaal'. It has a different context that I do not want to explain further here but on another future thread, if at all.

Yes, most clan founders are buried in the north. Example: Ciise is buried near a town called Maydh, his burial site is maintained. Now, how did Ciise traverse 100s of miles westward, and why? Another future thread, I suppose.

Struck by two events on this video: the descriptiveness of the poem and the beauty of the land. MashAllah, Sitti is beautiful. The last few years it has been unseasonably wetter than the norm. All blessings to the All-Mighty.
