That looks terrible. I seriously won't eat that.

The canjeero looks like malawax and the eggs...lets not even go there. But I can definitely do goat liver or kidney for breakfast.

sugaar, eggs, PB bread and shaah. Eat this every weekend more or less. Some of you may reckon its nasty, buts that probably why u'll never weigh more than a buck fifty

Yeah very heavy breakfast, but if you wanna get big you gotta eat big. Also week days when i'm going to work i'll usually have oats and protein shake or some cereal.
