xareed is female, put in sentence and you see it. xarred ba so da'aday. it's female. we have it same in arabic, like shams and qamar. even though Allah didnt add : a as shamsa, but in the surah: wal shams wa thuhaa(haa) it's female. and qamar even sounds female is male " tala"haa" so tala alshams which is female.

Guys, as I have mentioned in last post, after I edited it, it can be both feminine & masculine. When used as a male name it's obviously a masculine but as Hyper has also mentioned above, when it's used as the raindrops it's feminine, me thinks.

I am not surprised Sareedoxareedo enjoys a somewhat rock star popularity here in the Snet, and most deservingly so.
Tanti Auguri Principessa, enjoy your well deserved kudos from fellow Somalis.

AW, what? She's from NFD & she also lives in the UK? And Sareedo happens to be old-school as well? Hmm, is it possible that Sareedo = Lamgoodle's other macwiis? :ohhh:

Twist,

Nah, her homeland is in the Northeastern province around Mandera. She is a relative and not my abti Lamagodle.
