Guledy, you are right saaxib, the kids have not committed any crimes but they do benefit from the thing their fathers do though. Anyway I hope all the warlords are brought to justice someday.

Warya, Xoogsade it can be arranged but u are lucky your old man is not in America. Otherwise, I'd pursue a court case with technical assistance from the legal experts from the Northern Irir.

SomeGuy... Those guys in the video were Darood soldiers as u can see in their uniform. The video doesn't show an execution. Colonel Qeybdiid was there on official capacity to lead the SNA military operation and was following orders from the USC Central Command.

To be a war criminal, U need to be issue orders and formulate policy. Qeybdiid was not formulating any policy but was there on a defensive mission to neutralize a threat from the Xaraage Siyaad.

If you want war criminal, you need to pursue men like Abdullahi Yusuf, Caato, Barre Hiiraale, Morgan and others.

CabdiQeybdiid was merely a colonel just following orders on a defensive mission against an enemy army that was fighting him. Its a pure case of two standing armies battling each other out.

Every Somali politician will be accused of war crimes and many will be forced to flee the the West. Each qabiil will snitch and file cases against the rival qabiil's politicians.
