Question! Serious answers please

After reading different threads on here I noticed the use of "laangaab" and "laandheer" I understand some qabiils are one and others are the other! Could someone please explain what it is and wich qabiils counts to what term?

laandheer = a clan with many sheegad, often even bantus incorportated.

laangaab = pure blood clan with almost no sheegad.

Laan dheere are....reer jabuuti/Somaliland/Puntland.

Laan gaab are.....reer Somalia/Jubaland/Galmudugland and any future lands.

Their neighborhood in Hargiesa alone outnumber Bosasso.

habar awal is just one of those clans that live in many places in small numbers. sxb gabiley is a shared town. because of the unbearable wether, berbera is small population-wise, it's used more for its port than anything. lughaya is a gadabursi town, etc. boosaaso is roughly the same size as hargeisa.
