Unfortuntely I cannot tell the difference between Mudug and Wooqoyi accent. My sisters neighbour is from Galkacyo and really, what is that all about? Waa straight up Northern accent in my opinion. I understand the best ciyaal ka Xamar, Reer Xamars, and some Xaayow.

u know that c/waq and those place are also mudug accent

dont get confused, people are refering to Reer Gaalkacyo when they say Mudug accent, this accent is similar but noticeably different to the ordinary Rer Mudug accent which is spoken in Hawd and many parts of Galgaduud and Mudug.

To reer Waqooyi, anybody south of Laascaanood is speaks koonfur. To reer Xamar and Xaawoy, anybody north of Beled-Weyne speaks waqooyi, and to the reer mudugs, everybody else speaks different then them.

That's basically it.
