So you believe in this destructive "No snitching" philosophy, and then when the results are a high-crime rate amongst the Somali community in Toronto, you decide to pack your bags and move to a different neighborhood devoid of Somalis? A few years ago, this guy back in Toronto, filled up his gas tank at a gas station and didn't pay. The attendant chased him but ended up being run over, dragged and killed.

The Somali dude fled to Alberta and got a new name and identity. He ended up working in the camps for years as a pipefitter. He also was a drug dealer in the site and sold marijuana and cocaine to fellow workers at a huge mark up. People at campsite are druggies.

Anyways a Somali guy recognizes him and calls the RCMP, the federal police. Somali guy wanted a reward but didn't get it. SWAT helicopters raided the site and arrested him in a very humiliating way. It was during work where everyone sees his arrest. He was taken into the copter, back to Edmonton and he has been sent to Toronto now to face court.

Somali guy who snitches is angry because his life now is at risk over a small reward he wasn't given. He quit his job and is now in hiding.
