If we look back to not so long ago when Xamar was peaceful before its invasion.....with the help of the people .. the city was beying rebuilt fairly quickly.. so with peace and the support from its residents... Millions will be pooring in.. and the man power would have been there ... i'd say about 5 yrs and Xamar looks already heaven compaired to the rest of Somalia!

But as long as ethios are there pissing in mosque... and with out a planted goverment with hardly any support.... it will take for ever because people will never accept colonist to settle there!

basic infrastructure for hamar alone will cost at least $5 billions if not more. who will donate that amount? the donors should never hand cash to the tfg, the donors should run all the projects.
