I usually watch action flicks or for a walk at the part to calm myself down.I know it might sound weird but thats how i release my anger and stress out.

I sleep when I'm pissed off, then I wake up like a new person. I hate stay mad for long time, its not good for my mental or physical health.

when am angry, i go to my punching bag and after 20 minutes of hitting it, i get normal again. but rarely do i get that angry.
