HEADLINE: Ethiopia's Ogaden rebels conduct military exercise in southeast

Our correspondent in the province of Dolo [southeastern Ethiopia] reports that Hegan Division of the Ogaden National Liberation Army [ONLA] held a military exercise there on 7 May 2007. During the war game, Hegan Division fighters displayed their military skills, capabilities, and warfare tactics, as well as demonstrated their power and experience in carrying out military operations using various combat tactics. Military specialists and various leaders of the ONLA Command participated in the exercise.

The war game has greatly confused Ethiopian troops operating in the province of Dolo while Ogaden people welcomed it.
