and i wonder what would happen if majority of somalias govt was held by women, they'd turn the whole parliament into talking about each other and what she wore yesterday, forget the whole country and go shopping with all the countrie money.

If you mean Somali men, it is understandable but if you are talking about men in general, then you are way off.

Men is general are corrupt, Somali men are more into a basis of hating qabiil to even think about the structure or the relevancy of other countries and their developments. Maybe it's because we are in a Continent full of barbaric nature individuals, or the fact that heat dwells our mindset or it has to do with, we need progressive chance after A.Yusuf finishes his business and Somalia is back into the world stage.
