Not only did Somaliland's regime turn blind eye to the suffering of the South and the genocide committed by the TFG, Ethiopia and the US; Somaliland's regime helped Ethiopia and the US in committing the genocide. The hands of Somaliland's regime are soaked with the blood of innocents, many wadaads and ICU mujahideens. The regime could at least have remained neutral, but chose to help the enemy hoping it will be awarded with recognition.[/quote]

The ICU declared war on Somaliland, they made ridiculous claims about going all the way to hargiesa and Addis Ababa,
they were asking for it.

politics is an ugly business.

such an action is childish and counterproductive.

if we care about our southern brothers we should help them form a Real government and aide in the
conciliation between the clans.

i.e we should hold a peaceconference for all somalia for the first time on Somali soil.

part of the solution is to stop ethiopia from using somaliland ports.

or is it unproductive, in the sense that it might effect somalilands recognition?

i realy need to understand why does it seem like everyone is scared to offend the ethiopians.

am not saying that somaliland alone should solve the somali problem; but we shouldnt take part in anything to do with assisting ethiopia with their occupation by leting them use the port.
