No, just Tigre and Tigrinya, "Tigray" is a term for Tigrinya living in Ethiopia, but both are known traditionally as Tigrinya. Tigre are a Muslim tribe who share a similar name.
The Jibertis are Tigrinya but are usually referred to as Jiberti because of their Muslim roots.
