Check this out!! I heard the governor and the mayor of Kismaayo decided that attacking the Ilka-Yars in the city is not good for the city. They decided to wait until the Ilka-Yars run out of food. Now that the Ilka-Yars don't have anything to eat and the fact that there is no Quule substitute foods, they are ready for the surrender and the subsequent transportation to thier cities of Caabud-Waaq and Balan-Bale
