I think it is ok to bring in a third party to do your dirty work. fine.... whatever.......all's fair in love and war.

But it is not ok for that third party to be the sworn enemy of the country. Someone who really doesn't give a shit who they are killing, as long as Somalis are dying.

PS. it doesn't really make economic sense for women to be kept down.
