All Warsangeli and Dhulbahante elders and suldaans signed the peace agreement with the Vice President of Somaliland on behalf of the country and goverment.

Sanaag is 100 % under Somaliland authority now .
Next is to get back the dhulbahante districts of Sool by winning hearts and minds just like the VP did in Ceerigaabo with the elders of Warsangeli .

Missing districts partly under Puntland rule , but mostly under dhulbahante native rule is Taleex , Las Canood and partly Xudun district of Sool .
In Togdheer the eastern bit known as Buhoodle district needs us .

The truth is Harti in Sanaag and Sool is less than 16 % when we take away those who live in Hargeisa , Burco , Ceerigaabo and other major cities of West Somaliland with their relatives .
