Costa, Khat and Weed are no different then each other sxb. I remember the day my youngest abti (he is 27 like you) tried to convince me at 17 that Khat is like onions, just a vegetable that grows from the ground and is healthy for you. I have never laughed as hard as I did that day, cuz all Somali guys his age have the same mentality.

I still have the same problem. I cant sleep as well but I dont chew Khat and never have.
